• Your Social Security number
• Current pay stubs or, if self employed, your tax returns for the past two years
• W-2 forms for up to two years 
• Bank statements for the past one-three months
• Investment account statements for the past one-three months
• Retirement account statements for the past one-three months
• Make and model of vehicles you own and their resale value
• Credit card account information
• Auto loan account information
• Personal loan / student loan account information
• Landlord contact info if you currently rent

If you currently own Real Estate:

• Mortgage account information
• Homeowners insurance policy information
• Home equity account information (if applicable)
• Schedule Es for the past two years or current lease if owned for less than two years for any investment properties
